We may be closer to summer than not, but I’m still in spring cleaning mode. The weather has finally warmed a bit, so we went through our shop to declutter and organize. What came with that was the realization that there are several items that we no longer use: kayak paddles (we sold the kayak last year) and the accompanying life jackets, an old metal detector, a post hole digger, leftover construction materials and various other things.

We ended up listing the items and have gotten rid of many of them. It’s easy to throw things away and often we’ve donated items (we just gave away four bags of canned food we no longer eat due to dietary changes), but getting money that we can put toward and experience is a plus!
